PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to highly strengthen sprayed concrete without incurring quality deterioration of an accelerating agent with gypsum by pumping separately cement mortar, accelerating agent and gypsum, and annexing and mixing the accelerating agent with gypsum separately on the way to convey the cement mortar to spray. SOLUTION: As cement, portland cement, mixed cement, fine grain cement, etc., are used. Gypsum is mixed with cement for the purpose of highly strengthening sprayed concrete. Accelerating agent consists mainly of calucium aluminate as quick setting component causing concrete setting in the beginning. Cement is conveyed, a Y-shaped pipe is connected on the way to covey the cement, it is mixed with accelerating agent from one side, and gypsum is added thereto from the other side to spray. Since accelerating agent and gypsum are separately conveyed, sprayed concrete can be highly strengthened without deteriorating quality of accelerating agent by gypsum. |
