The mobile bed cleaning system includes a variable lifting mechanism mounted on wheels fitted to a tubular chassis (8). The chassis (1) has two sliding adjustable side arms (9) for supporting the bed base or bed. These arms (9) support folding and lockable removable arms (10,11,12) which can be fixed in a raised position by a slide tube (17). The whole is designed to fit onto a tubular frame (22) designed to receive a bracket, a serum container or a decorative bed head. The chassis (1) is also equipped with balance mechanism (6) connected by beams (23). The mechanisms (6) can be actuated by a jack (3) actuated remotely by telecontrol or locally by an hydraulic pedal.
