Seam connection for wire cloths in paper machines

A seam connection is for fabrics with a high traction resistance, for drying wires of paper machine coverings in particular. The warp end loops of the two fabric sections to be joined are connected by means of a closing wire. Outer section(s) of the two fabric sections features a coil which has been worked in. Each coil encases pick(s) and the closing wire. The remaining section of the seam connection of the ends of the two fabric sections comprises the loops formed by the warp ends of the fabric.
