PURPOSE:To miniaturize and to stabilize printing by providing an energizing means to energize non-magnetic one component toner so that it makes pressurized contact with a surface of a toner carrier. CONSTITUTION:The tip of solidified toner 201, which is exposed at an opening part 53, is pushed to the surface of the toner carrying body 51 by the energizing force of a first energizing means 54, is rubbed by the rotation of the toner carrier 51, is pulverized by being scraped off little by little and at the same time is sufficiently electrified, and is adhered to the surface of the toner carrier 51 by image force. This adhered toner escapes to the outside, restricted into a constant layer of film by the small space between a container 52 and the toner carrying body 51, and afterwards is traveled to a latent image area of the surface of the image carrier 31, which is rotated facing the toner carrying body 51, with a space in between. Residue toner, which was not traveled to the image carrying body 31, collides with the solidified toner 201 inside the container 52, and is scraped off from the toner carrying body 51. Thus the device can be miniaturized and the printing can be stabilized. |
