PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and speedily manage the reception of orders from clients by performing operations only corresponding to the instruction of menu picture without using any keyboard, and inputting data through handwriting. SOLUTION: When a main menu is displayed on a display part 10 and a column for making a telephone call is instructed by a touch pen 6, the number button of a telephone set is displayed on the display part 10 and the number button is instructed by the touch pen 6 so that the telephone call can be made. When the input column of notes on a screen is instructed by the touch pen 6, on the other hand, a note input picture is displayed on the display part 10, characters or lines can be freely written in the note column by the touch pen 6, and the information of client and merchandise is selectively inputted from a client list. When the new preparation of order reception data on the screen is instructed by the touch pen 6, a new order reception data preparation picture is displayed on the display part 10 and while watching notes, new order reception data are prepared. Concerning the printing instruction of slip, a slip for luggage recipient is similarly issued based on the order reception data, and a printing object is selected out of the list of order reception data. |
