PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise detection precision of law angular velocity. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a vibrator 2, an excitation means 5a and 14 which excites it, the first and second vibration detecting means 6a and 7a which detect the vibration at a specified position an the first and second nodal points which is symmetric about an antinode point 5a of the vibration caused by excitation, and means 11A, 11B, 15A, 15B, 51-54 which detect phase difference of vibration detected by them. The first and second vibration detecting means 6a and 7a detect the vibration at a position, being closer to the antinode paint 5a by θ than to the first and second nodal points which are at symmetric position about the antinode point 5a. |
