PURPOSE:To reduce the switching time and to attain miniaturization by using a 1/4 wavelength transmission line and a switch so as to switch the filter characteristic thereby forming the switch by means of an electronic circuit. CONSTITUTION:1/4 wavelength transmission lines 3-6 formed by the 1/4 wavelength of the block frequency of a filter 2 are provided respectively to the input and output of the filter 2 having a prescribed filter characteristic and a 1/2 wavelength transmission line formed to the 2/1 wavelength of the pass frequency of the filter 2 is provided between the input and output points of the lines 3-6 and the midpoint of the 1/2 wavelength transmission line is connected switchingly. Moreover, the switch 1 consists of the pin diode and is subjected to switching control by the bias control. Thus, the switching time of the high frequency relay is decreased and miniaturization is attained. |
