PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain subject readily administrable aqueous solution, capable of effectively suppressing the bitterness, harshness, etc., by blending a peptide of a peptide mixture having bitterness, harshness, etc., with a sugaralcohol, a sour agent and a plum-based flavor. SOLUTION: This aqueous solution for peroral administration is obtained by blending (A) a peptide or a peptide mixture having the bitterness and/or harshness (e.g. a trypsin hydrolyzate of casein) with (B) a sugaralcohol (e.g. erythritol), (C) a sour agent (e.g. citric acid), (D) a plum-based flavor and further, as necessary, (E) sodium L-aspartate and (F) a high-sweetness sweetener (e.g. aspartame). The aqueous solution is capable of effectively suppressing the bitterness and/or harshness and is readily administrable without leaving an unpleasant taste in an oral cavity even after the administration. |
