PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decompose the impurities in a water stream and to treat water by arranging a rotary body made of metal not induced with magnetism in an outer cylinder case not induced with magnetism, supporting both ends of the rotary shaft combined the rotary body with a pair of coaxial impellers with bearings, being revolved the rotary body on its axis along a water stream and being induced an electromotive force, SOLUTION: The rotary body 12 made of metal not induced with magnetism is arranged into the outer cylinder case 11 not induced with magnetism and both ends of the rotary shaft 14 combined the rotary body 12 with a pair of coaxial impellers 13 are supported with bearings 15 and the rotary body is revolved on its axis along a water stream and an electromotive force is induced and the impurities in the water stream 16 are decomposed and then the water is treated. |
