<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the deterioration of modulation accuracy without affecting load fluctuation in terms of an output of a VCO by the operation of a reception mixer by providing a power supply control switch in each circuit block so that timing of a transmission and that of a reception are not overlapped with each other. SOLUTION: Transmission, reception power supply control switches 12, 13 and 14 to control each operation are provided respectively to transmission and reception mixers 4, 5, 10 and the transmission mixer power supply control switch 12 controls the power supply of the transmission mixer 4 and the reception mixer power supply control switches 13, 14 control the power supply of the reception mixers 5, 10. Similarly transmission reception VCO power supply control switches 15, 16 control the power supply of a transmission VCO 6 and a reception VCO 11. Through the constitution above, The timing of power supply control for the reception VCO 11 and that for the reception mixers 5, 10 are shifted to suppress load fluctuation caused on the transmission mixer 4 in terms of an output of a VCO 1 thereby suppressing the deterioration of modulation accuracy.</p> |
