PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a system in which a clerk can delicately cope with the customer operating an automation equipment. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a message receiver 5 which can be carried by a clerk and is capable of outputting a message. In a monitoring terminal 4, the messages corresponding to the account attribute information from automation equipments 1-1 to 1-n are registered in a message information storage part 403. When the monitoring terminal 4 receives the telegraphic message of the account attribute information from either one of the automatic equipments 1-1 to 1-n, a message transmission control part 40b takes out the message corresponding to the telegraphic message from the message information storage part 40a and transmits this message to the message receiver 5.
