PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the use rate of a media server and lower the cost of a communication path by dynamically arranging assets in a proper media server according to predicted traffic. SOLUTION: An arranging and erasing means 70 includes a means for dynamically arranging assets in the media server of a user according to the distribution schedule table of a schedule update means. A conventional system installs a media server at a terminal and arranges assets by intuition, but this system predicts the use traffic of the assets and dynamically arranges on the proper media server. Therefore, the assets can be arranged on the proper media server among plural media servers according to the predicted traffic, so the service cost can be reduced. Further, the assets are dynamically arranged according to use characteristics of the user and then the user can arrange the assets by avoiding the time and day of the week when it is difficult to use the system. |
