The mobile body (1) has elastic cords (2) hooked to its sides and their other ends are joined to weights (3). They are stretched by a winch or vehicle (5) and when the body is released it is propelled along a trajectory and returns on an inverse trajectory (8) two or three times. The cords are fixed to the body and weights by snap hooks that are stronger than the traction applied to them. The body is released from the winch by a snap hook with a string that is pulled to release it.
