The road marker has two sections which are separable if impacted by a vehicle. It has a thin base (1) with soft edges and sufficiently heavy and a cone body which is light and destructible. The two sections are assembled by grippers on the base engaging holes or an edge of the cone to allow limited relative angular displacement without separation. The two sections can be assembled rapidly by pushing them together. the lateral surface of the conical section can be perforated (8) to reduce the effects of blowing over. The upper part of the conical section can have cut outs forming handles at its top. |
