PURPOSE:To dispense with a work such as grinding, precise cleaning, etc., being a post-treatment of welding, to simplify the manufacturing process, and also, to reduce the manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION:According to this welding method for a vessel, at the time of assembling and welding the vessel for manufacturing a super-LSI by using stainless steel in which the content on Mn is <=0.45%, welding is executed in an Ar atmosphere, and also, the atmospheric moisture quantity is set to <=-60 deg.C dew point. Accordingly, since welding is executed in the Ar atmosphere, and also, welding is executed by setting the atmospheric moisture quantity to -60 deg.C dew point, generation of welding during and metallic fume can be suppressed to the utmost. |
