PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a surrounding air processing energy to be saved by a method wherein an air blowing temperature controller for controlling a descending in air blowing temperature of an outdoor air conditioner is provided in the case that an indoor load is kept at its cooled state and the temperature of surrounding air is lower than a room temperature. SOLUTION: An outdoor air conditioner 2 is controlled by an air blowing temperature controller 11 in such a way that an air blowing temperature is decreased in the case that the air blowing temperature controller 11 judges that an indoor load is kept at its cooling load state due to indoor heat generating circumstance during an inter-season or winter season, namely, in the case that the air blowing temperature is lower than a surplus discharged air temperature or in the case that cold water is flowing in a fan coil device 3 and also in the case that the surrounding air temperature detected by a surrounding air temperature sensor 8 is lower than an indoor air temperature detected by a surplus discharged air temperature sensor 9. Accordingly, the indoor cooling load is processed (adjusted) through a surrounding air cooling under utilization of surrounding air of low temperature. |
