PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the attachment of a jacket cover and to prevent the curing of a thermosetting resin material in the nozzle part of a heating cylinder. SOLUTION: In the thermosetting heating apparatus of a screw type injection molding machine having a heating cylinder 2, a plurality of the ring-shaped jacket covers 6 covering the upper surfaces of the heating medium circulating passages 10 formed in the outer periphery thereof, a plurality of the O-rings 7 hermetically sealing the gaps between the heating cylinder 2 and the jacket covers and a plurality of the temp. sensors 8 inserted into the heating cylinder between the circulating passages, the seat parts 25 for the O-rings formed to at least one inner peripheral edge of the mutually adjacent end surfaces of the respective jacket covers 6 successively fitted to the outer periphery of the heating cylinder 2, the means for positioning the jacket cover 6 to the heating cylinder 2 and a means for fixing all of other jacket covers 6 to the heating cylinder are provided. As other constitution, the outer periphery of a nozzle leading part 4a is covered with a heat insulating material and the sensor 13 detecting the internal temp. of the nozzle leading end part is provided. |
