PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly fill a wide shallow mold with a lightweight powder in low density. SOLUTION: In a method for uniformly filling the recessed space of a shallow wide template with a powder in low density, the powder supplied to the recessed space is preparatorily leveled so that the surface thereof becomes slightly higher than the surface of the template 5 while a leveling plate 14 of which the lower end is formed into a R-surface is continuously reciprocally shaken in a horizontal direction and, thereafter, the lower end of the leveling plate 14 is made flush with the surface of the template 5 and shaken in the same way to perform the finish leveling of the powder. |
