PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent appearance inferiority by preventing the breakage of rubber. SOLUTION: An upper mold 3 having an upper mold 1 and the upper tread ring 2 forming a tire tread pattern part provided to the upper mold 1 and a lower mold 6 having a lower mold 4 and the lower tread ring 5 forming the tire tread pattern part provided to the lower mold 4 are provided. The upper and lower tread rings 2, 5 consist of a plurality of upper and lower segments 7, 8 arranged in a peripheral direction. The upper segment 7 slides outwardly in a diameter direction while falls with respect to the upper mold 1 accompanied by the rising of the upper mold 1. The upper pressure pin 37 pressed downwardly by an elastic member 36 to protrude toward the lower tread ring 5 is provided to the upper segment 7 and brought into contact with the lower tread ring 5 before raw rubber is crushed to mount the upper segment 7 on the upper mold 1. |
