<p>A device for continuously producing particles coated with an electrolysable metal, consisting of a reactor with a lower electrolyte inlet (7) and an upper electrolyte outlet (8), and containing at least one compartment (2-5) intended to be filled at least partially with a porous three-dimensional electrode and incorporating a conductive counter-electrode (11). The reactor (1) further includes periodic electrolyte pulsing means for imparting periodic pulses to the electrolyte flow, and, for each compartment (2-5), a gravitational particle feed tube (20-23) extending down to a point at a predetermined distance from the bottom of the compartment, and comprising sealing means (25) for enabling gravitational particle flow and preventing the electrolyte from flowing upwards through said tube.</p> |
