<p>A metal or metallic alloy part reinforced with a metal matrix composite material is disclosed. The materials are selected such that the metal or metallic alloy which forms the part is of a different metal or metallic alloy than that used as the matrix of the metal matrix composite. A method for forming such parts is described as well.</p> |
