The air flow converter has energy power converter (11) with blades arranged on central rotor shaft (9), positioned inside wind cutting cylinder shaped hover body (6). This construction is designed for hovering in the air envelope of the earth's surface, and is anchored freely moving with the ground, across a connecting element and a holding arm (4). The hover body consists preferably of hover segments, which are designed in an aerodynamic profile shape (7), and are arranged in the form of a circle around the rotor shaft, to form a cylindrical ring. The rotor shaft with the central converter frame (8) form a stable construction with the hover body. The hover body is connected with the ground, across a holding arm (4) or a captive rope. |
