The clamping lug (3) has a first, movable clamping jaw (8) whose underside (9) is supported on a convexly curved, support surface (4) of the clamping lug and running eccentrically to the link (2). The second clamping jaw (5) joined by a spring (16) to the first clamping jaw is swivel-mounted on the handle (1) in the link. The inner end of the first clamping jaw is guided along a slot (14) in the second swivelling clamping jaw and which runs radially to the link. The first clamping jaw is moved radially outwards from the link by the spring. The radially inner end of the slide-slot has a catch-hole (15) pointing towards the first clamping jaw. The second clamping jaw is divided by a longitudinal slot (6) into two parallel arms (7) between which the handle protrudes.
