PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need of cleaning a waste toner recovery container and the bottom part of a container housing part by preventing toner from falling from a waste toner discharge port at the time of exchanging the waste toner recovery container in the waste toner recovering device for an image forming device. SOLUTION: The container housing part 30 is provided in an image forming device main body, the waste toner discharge port 34 is projected into the container housing part, and a cover member 43 covering the discharge port is set. Interlocked with the attaching/detaching operation of the waste toner recovery container 50 to/from the housing part 30, the container is engaged with or disengaged from the cover member 43, so that the cover member 43 is turned centering a supporting shaft 40 to open/close the discharge port 34 with the attaching/detaching operation. When the container 50 is attached, its upward aperture 50a is fit to the discharge port 34 and the waste toner falling from the discharge port 34 is recovered in the container 50. |
