PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition excellent in heat resistance and oxidation resistance especially even under high temperatures and also excellent in abrasion resistance by adding a polyphenylene thioether, an acidic phosphate ester amine salt and a phosphate ester to a synthetic lubricating base oil. SOLUTION: This heat-resistant lubricating oil composition is obtained by adding (A) a polyphenylene thioether of the formula (R<1> -R<3> are each H, a 1-24C hydrocarbon; (x), (y), (z) are each an integer of 1-4; (m) is an integer of 1-3), (B) an acidic phosphate ester amine salt, (C) a phosphate ester, and preferably further (D) benzotriazole or its derivative to a lubricating base oil comprising a polyetherester and a polyphenylene ether. The components A, B, C and D are preferably added in amounts of 0.05-10wt.%, 0.01-1wt.%, 0.5-10wt.% and 0.01-0.3wt.%, respectively, based on the whole amount of the lubricating oil composition. |
