发明名称 MACHINE TOOL PROVIDED WITH ERROR CORRECTING FUNCTION
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work precision without increasing difference map data of a machin tool. SOLUTION: An error map corresponding to error between the command value of a position and a posture and the actual measured value of them is generated and a neural network is permitted to learn the difference map as teacher data at each lattice point which is provided previously in the movable range of a tool tip. Then, the work command value designated by an orthogonal coordinate system is inputted (step 510) to the neural network, the difference value is outputted from the neural network (step 520) and a the error value is subtracted from the work command value so that a correction command value is calculated (step 530). The correction command value is converted into the output coordinate system of a digital servo unit (step 540) and outputted to the digital servo unit (step 550) and the above respective processings are repeatedly executed as against the whole work command values.
