PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the power consumption, size, weight, and cost of a radio repeater by making the repeater to be surely synchronized even to transmission- reception from a base station using #2 and #4 slots even when the repeater uses a one-synthesizer system using #1 and #3 slots only. SOLUTION: A radio repeater B is provided with a slot discriminating and processing section which shifts its own slot position so as to match the slot position to an absolute slot designated from a base station A. When #2 or #4 absolute slot is transmitted from the base station A, #1 or #3 slot can be assumed as the #2 or #4 slot by shifting the slot by one slot and the repeater B using a one-synthesizer system can be surely synchronized to the base station A using a two-synthesizer system. |
