PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for detecting an adequate position of a human body in a solid image by providing a light projecting means, a light receiving means, a projection control means, a signal processing means and a position indicating means. SOLUTION: Regions in which a first irradiation region 41, a second irradiation region 42 and a third irradiation region 43 are formed, are varied corresponding to a position of a human body 4 in a solid image. Since receiving signals of reflection lights which are received by a first light receiving region 51, a second light receiving region 52, a third light receiving region 61 and a fourth light receiving region 62 are varied along the above, it is possible to detect a position of a human body 4 by detecting the received lights. Each of a first light projection means 31, a second light projection means 32 and a third light projection means 33 projects a light to a face part 4a of the human body 4 so that the first irradiation region 41, the second irradiation region 42 and the third irradiation region 43 are formed on the face part 4a of the human body 4. As a result, variation of the photodetection signal due to difference of cloths of the human body 4 is avoided, thereby surely detecting a position of the human body 4. |
