<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a load driving line in accordance with the capacity of a load to improve a power supply efficiency and, further, meet the variation given by difference in load capacity, etc., with a minimum change. Current-cutoff time data by which a cutoff time corresponding to the magnitude of an overcurrent is determined in accordance with the load capacity are stored in a memory means 104. If one of current detecting means 102a, 102b,... detects the overcurrent of one of the load driving lines, the control means 103a opens the corresponding switching means to cut off the power supply to the corresponding load through the load driving line when the cutoff time in the memory means 104 corresponding to the magnitude of the overcurrent pass after the detection.</p> |
