PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition containing a terpolymer of ethylene-α-olefin-nonconjugated diene, capable of efficiently producing a crosslinked material having suitable rubber-like elasticity in a short time and useful as various kinds of sheets. SOLUTION: This copolymer composition contains (A) a terpolymer of ethylene-α-olefin-nonconjugated diene, (B) a polyfunctional unsaturated monomer, (C) a photo-crosslink initiator and (D) an amorphous silica, e.g. at a ratio of 1-5 pts.wt. component B, 0.1-2 pts.wt. component C and 10-80 pts.wt. component D based on 100 pts.wt. component A. Furthermore, e.g. in the component A, preferably, propylene is used asα-olefin and 5-ethylidene-2-norbornene, etc., is used as a nonconjugated diene and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate is used as the component B and acetophenone is used as the component C and fumed quality silica is used as the component D.
