PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an alcoholic beverage excellent in flavor, capable of maintaining the flavor for a long period of time. SOLUTION: This pearl-containing alcohol beverage is obtained by immersing a pearl taken out from a mother shell and washed in an alcoholic beverage such as a rice wine, sealing the beverage for a proper period (e.g. two weeks) and eluting the components of the pearl.
