PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced resin molding which makes it possible to be used as it is without after-processing with excellent external appearance. SOLUTION: Fine powder generated during the secondary processing of fiber-reinforced resin or fine powder obtained by comminuting with discarded fiber-reinforced resin is added to a base material 2 made of reinforcing resin layer containing SMC(sheet molding compound) composition 1 as a main body, and an enriched resin layer 5 is formed on the surface of the layer 2 via an intermediate layer 3 made of woven fabric or nonwoven fabric.
