PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissolve the dead point with simple constitution by forming magnetic poles N and magnetic poles S continuously in its peripheral direction, along the outer wall of the rotor of a DC motor. SOLUTION: The right half magnetic pole of the projection 16 is magnetized into, for example, an n pole by the permanent magnet 14b arranged at the right of each projection 16 of a DC motor 1, and also the left half of the projection 16 is magnetized into an S pole by the permanent magnet 14d arranged at the left of each projection 16. As a result, at the outer wall of the rotor 2, magnetic poles N and the magnetic poles S are made alternately and besides continuously in its peripheral direction. In this case, even if there is a manufacture error in the width of the permanent magnets 14b and 14d, and a gap is occurring between the edges of the permanent magnets 14b and 14d and the projection 16, the dead point is surely dissolved by a press piece 17 being magnetized. Hereby, the motor 1 rotates smoothly without causing rotational irregularity. |
