The invention relates to a device allowing a tripod or similar support to be easily transported. This device is characterised in that it comprises a load-bearing belt 10 provided at one of its ends with a recess 12 for the passage of a central column of the said support, whilst the other end of the said belt comprises a hand strap 13 capable of being installed over the feet 1 of the said support.
