PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly allow fluid to flow without stopping the flow of it by maintaining the smooth continuing arched shape of the inner peripheral surface of a hose without narrowing the inside diameter of the hose at a bent part even if the hose is bent while making use of self restoring performance included in a hard wire material made of polypropylene resin. SOLUTION: A heat insulating hose is composed of an approximately cylindrical inner layer 1 provided with a spiral cavity part 12 formed by partially overlapping a polyvinyl chloride band material 11 in the non bonded state, a spiral hard resin-made reinforcing wire 2 mounted in the cavity part 12, a heat insulating layer 3 made of foamed resin band 31 spirally wound on the cavity part 12 at the same pitch as the cavity part 12, and an outer skin layer 4 made of polyvinyl chloride band 41 for covering the outer periphery of it. The reinforcing wire 2 is a two-layered wire in which a coating layer 22 made of soft polyvinyl chloride is formed on the outer periphery of the core wire 21 made of polyolefine resin, and the coating layer 22 is bonded to the inner wall part 13 of the cavity part 12 by using adhesives or by heat fusing. |
