PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a structure, wherein sufficient sealing property is secured and the detection of rotating speed can be free by performed, at a low cost. SOLUTION: The seal ring 35 is formed out of a core bar 37 and an elastic body 38 having sealing lips 41a-41c. An elastic body is not provided in a slinger 36. Therefore, the surfaces in contact with the respective sealing lips 41a-41c are smooth. For a tone wheel 43, a device, which is separately formed from the slinger 36, is attached and fixed to a rotating ring part 43 constituting the slinger 36. |
