<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect frequency abnormality by a shaft vibration when a hydraulic turbine generator is started, so as to avoid stopping of this hydraulic turbine generator. SOLUTION: A frequency arithmetic device 4 for measuring and calculating an output pulse of a sensor 3 arranged to be opposed to an edge part of a gear-shaped disk 2 directly connected to a shaft of a hydraulic turbine generator 1, is provided. An abnormality value of output frequency of the frequency arithmetic device 4, apprehension of generation when the hydraulic turbine generator 1 is started, is detected by a comparator 7 by generating abnormality in a prescribed value of a guide vane opening, by this detection, an output of a key pulley 8 is set, by this setting, a timer 9 is started, a frequency detection value, which is an input of an automatic frequency adjusting device 5, is made to zero till leading to a prescribed time limit, from when the timer 9 leads to the prescribed time limit, the output of the frequency arithmetic device 4 serves as the frequency detection value which is an input of the automatic frequency adjusting device 5.</p> |
