SOLUTION: Differential amplifiers 31, 32, 33,..., 3n for detecting the voltage of storage battery units 11, 12, 13,... connected in line and formed by dividing a storage battery and differentially amplifying the detected signals, a plurality of switch units 41, 42, 43,..., 4n for switching the outputs of a plurality of differential amplifiers, and a switch command unit 5 for outputting a switch command signal for turning-on to one switch part out of a plurality of switch parts are provided. |
