Tyre moulding flash removal equipment

Equipment for separating moulding pips and flash from tyres using a cryogenic process has a parting tool which contacts the rotating tyre and has an axis(1) parallel to the tyre surface. The tool has two holding plates(2,3) at the sides of the tyre for attaching two groups of springs(4,5,6), the first group(4) of which run parallel to the axis(1) and at a distance from it and the second group(5,6) are at an angle to the axis(1) on both sides of the tyre. The springs(5,6) of the second group have one end attached to the holding plates(2,3) and the other end to the periphery(7) of the axis(1).
