The swash plate-axial pump comprises a housing (101) in which a rotation shaft is rotatably movable, and which is held on both its ends via a bearing. The rotation shaft (103) is can be set through a drive source for rotation. A swash plate (117) is fixed and held within the housing, and is inclined in relation to the central axial line of the rotation shaft. There is a cylinder block (111) that is adapted to the rotation shaft such that it is slidably movable in the axial direction of the rotation shaft, and is rotatable together with the rotation shaft. The cylinder block has many cylinders (109) and has a separated pumping chamber (110). There are also multiple pistons (115) that have one end that is slidably movable gripped with the cylinder, whilst the other end is coupled with a glide piece that is impacted on the swash plate.
