PURPOSE:To contrive whole automation in preparation of bean curd, by integrally mounting a 'GO' (ground soybean liquid) preparation vessel for pulverizing and boiling a raw material, soybean milk separation vessel for separating soybean milk from the 'GO', coagulation and precipitation vessel for mixing the soybean milk with a coagulant and forming vessel for shaping coagulated soybean milk in a body. CONSTITUTION:A body 1 is provided with a 'GO' preparation vessel 2 having a pulverizer 3 and heater 5 for pulverizing and boiling a raw material, such as soybean, positioned thereon. A soybean milk separation vessel 15, positioned under the vessel 2 and having a soybean milk squeezing compression plate 18 for receiving supply of the 'GO' prepared in the preparation vessel 2, pressurizing and separating soybean milk is provided. Furthermore, a tiltable coagulation and precipitation vessel 20 for receiving supply of the soybean milk separated in the separation vessel 15 and a coagulant of a coagulant vessel, coagulating and precipitating proteins of the soybean milk and a forming vessel 25 for receiving supply of the coagulated soybean milk coagulated and precipitated in the precipitation vessel 20 and shaping the coagulated soybean milk are provided. The above-mentioned devices are driven by drive units 31, 32, 35 and 36. As a result, the bean curd can be wholly automatically prepared. |
