<p>Recombinant DNA cloning vehicle contg. the human interleukin-1 (IL-1) gene sequence is new. In partic., the vehicle contains the sequence coding for a new specified 287 amino acid sequence or novel fragments of it. Also claimed are (1) a pure cDNA of 1507bp (and its 1-606; 1-677; 1355-1507; 482-1501; 482-677 and 1355-1507 fragments); (2) microorganisms or mammalian tissue cells contg. these DNA sequences and (3) antibodies to human IL-1 raised using the new aminoacids as immunogens.</p> |
