PURPOSE:To provide the subject composition containing a specified compound, an alicyclic epoxide and a photocationic polymerization catalyst, curable with ultraviolet rays etc., and useful as an overcoat agent for an optical disk recording medium excellent in adhesion to the recording medium, moisture resistance and hardness. CONSTITUTION:An objective composition containing (A) is compounded represented by the formula (R is organocompound residue containing active hydrogen in the molecule; average value of n is 1-30), (B) an alicyclic epoxide (e.g. 3,4-epoxycyclohexylmethyl-3,4-epoxycyclohexanecarboxylate) and (C) a photocationic polymerization catalyst [e.g. bis(perfluoroalkylsulfonyl)methane metal salt]. |
