SOLUTION: This inter-stand ball lending machine 3 is provided with a member's card reader 19, a prepaid card holding part 10, a card paying-out port 9 for the prepaid card, an operating button 15 and a host computer. The host computer manages stock ball data corresponding to a member's card inserted to the member's card reader 19, the prepaid card corresponding to the prescribed amount of pachinko balls is paid out from the card holding part 10 to the card paying-out port 9 based on a prescribed input operation to the operating button 15, and balls corresponding to the paid prepaid card are subtracted from stock ball data. |
