PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insure parallelism of a pair of outer rings without increasing working cost, and improve the performance of a device in which a double row rolling bearing unit is built into. SOLUTION: An outer ring spacer 12a is constituted by combining a cylindrical spacer main body 15a with a dislocation preventing ring 16a which is engaged with one end part of the spacer main body 15a and fixed. Parallelism of both end faces of the spacer main body 15a related to the parallelism of outer rings 8, 8 can be insured by grinding by means of a surface grinder of low price. By engagement of the dislocation preventing ring 16a with the inner circumferential face of the end part of the one outer ring 8, the outer ring spacer 12a is prevented from falling down during transport. |
