PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent freezing of a front glass by containing tightly it on the windshield of an automobile in an adherent state. SOLUTION: A plate body 2 is press fit and held on a windshield 6 of an automobile by a holding tool 7 provided on a part by sticking a packing 3 on a marginal part inner surface of the plate body 2 making a proper shape and free to curve and making a state to interpose a packing tool 5 in a space part 4 surrounded by the packing 3.
