PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a film having peel strength in a specific range, capable of forming a fine pattern having a rectangular cross-section in high yield on a green sheet, a baked substrate of ceramic, etc., by using a transfer method. SOLUTION: This film has 3-7N/24mm peel strength and its surface is coated with a releasing agent having <=10nm in thickness. The film is used for forming a pattern on a substrate. A green sheet, especially a photosensitive green sheet, a baked substrate of ceramic, etc., capable of providing a fine and rectangular cross-section, are used as the substrate. The surface treatment of the film is carried out by coating the surface of a polyester film with a coating solution of the releasing agent diluted with a toluene solvent to 0.05-0.005wt.%. A photosensitive tungsten paste is made into a fine pattern on the surface subjected to the surface treatment and can be transferred to the substrate. |
