The device is automatically refiled via an intake arrangement (10). It consists of a tubular container (12) which is integrated in a wall. The container is mostly enclosed by an insulation material (14), and has an outlet valve (16). The outlet valve is opened by a trigger (38) to release the set water volume. The trigger is located on the container or at a freely selected distance from it. The valve has a water brake for closing delay. It has a valve body raised by a valve plunger and preferably two buoyancy bodies in the container.
