PURPOSE:To obtain a system for enabling high quality monitoring and operation of a power system by displaying an effect quantity and a regulating quantity based on the stable threshold of voltage. CONSTITUTION:Measured values with respect to a power system 1 are inputted through an information transmitting device 2-1. The measured values including errors are used to determine the information of the power system in a system state decision processing S10. By a voltage stability threshold computation processing S20, the result of the previous processing S10 is used as an initial value, and the stability threshold of voltage is found. In a stability monitoring processing S30, the results of the previous processing S10, S20 are used, and the state of the voltage stability of the present power system 1 is discriminated, and in an effect quantity computation processing S40, the result of the previous processing S10 is used, and with a voltage regulating equipment, an effect quantity for heightening the voltage stability is found. By a regulating quantity computation processing S50, the results of the previous processing S30, S40 are used, and a regulating quantity required for making the unstable state of system voltage stable is found, and finally, by an output processing S60, various data of the results of the previous respective processing are displayed on an MMI device 5. |
