LED display device and its assembled structure

There is provided an LED display device which can improve maintenance properties accompanied by tightening and loosening of screws, and which can prevent deterioration in waterproof effect due to an over-tightening of screws in screw-fixing process. This LED display device includes a base plate (31) having LED devices arrayed on its front surface, and holes (35) for screws bored through from front surface to rear surface. A ring-shaped elastic member 36 is placed at the rear surface (31B) of the base plate (31) so as to be surrounded by the screw holes (35).
